Social media managers are now reporting that they have seen Snapchat stories decline and Snapchat views decline from 15 – 40% since August. According to Techcrunch users are posting less on Snapchat, preferring to use Instagram instead for their stories.
Snapchat is expected to IPO on the stock market in March 2017 but the reduction in growth due to the new competition could be trouble for the company.
